The Canadian company "Stockland" initiated the establishment of a Canadian TV channel in Russian - RTVC. The best TV production industry experts, who speak Russian, were chosen from Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada. Accordingly, the programs of RTVC are of a high quality, based on the deep knowledge of Canadian political, economic and social life, as well as cultural and historical heritage of Canada. Most of RTVC programs are in Russian and oriented towards Canadian residents with Eastern Europe roots.

As it is known, each channel has a specific focus - political, economic, cultured, uncultured ... Our trend is a social trend. The implementation of the project attracted experienced professionals, which ensures high quality of our programs, and, accordingly, the interest of all sectors of the population. All of us conceived the program, which will implement a professional team of RTVC, created in order for you to understand the different life situations, to get the most accurate, complete, truthful and timely information. In exile, we often have to prove that we - we are, and even better. Due to the ignorance of local laws and the realities grows the negative heat of passion and the number of divorces. Home Studio of RTVC Channel is located in Montreal, the most unique city in the world which has taken so many different nationalities and representatives of all religious faiths! We all live under one sky, go to the same Jazz Festivals, in the early spring gather maple syrup and with the same fury, we cheer for our favorite teams. Therefore, even if RTVC is a channel, which is conducted in Russian, most programs have duplicated subtitles in English and French. There are some programs that are created in English and French. Our TV channel is only one in Canada, with such a range of software and filling, daily, with most programming made in Canada.

RTVC is an international television channel, intended for different audiences. One of our central programs is called “Multiculturalism: made in Canada”.
